Somehow, Oliver hadn't expected there would be a catch to this secretary job he had applied for. Looking back at his interview now, it couldn't be more obvious.

When the job description said the boss was "very particular about how his secretary looked", maybe it was more specific than just the uniform.

When it said he'd be "replacing his retired secretary, Anita", perhaps it meant in more than just duties.

When the man in charge told Oliver he'd have to change for this job, there's the SLIGHTEST possibility he wasn't just talking about an emotional change... or a change out of the hoodie Oliver had decided would be fine for the interview. Those changed too, but were far from the most dramatic part.
