What a wonderful design indeed! I love the way you executed this. You've done a wonderful job combining the anatomy of human and animal legs. The toes look incredibly wonderful. I also really like her pose and the way you colored her. The way the wing is cut off is a little weird, but I presume that was resolved in the final commission. Her hair is also quite gorgeous. Keep at it ^^

Hm, I was a little worried about the wing. I was trying to give the illusion that she was leaning against a bar counter or something of the sort, but given that it's just a no-background speedpaint, I wanted to spend more time on the figure than anything else. I actually had the wing extended past the "counter" originally, but a friend of mine said it threw off the illusion that she was leaning on something.

Now that I look at it again, I may not have been very successful communicating that, anyway. I guess that's something to work on. c:

Wings are always super hard to place, especially when the character is leaning. I wish I had some suggestions to help fix it, but I really don't. ; ; I always struggle with wings and am still trying to figure out that problem myself.

Overall, however, the piece is stunning. ^_^ You focused on the figure and it truly shows.
