Although the front viw of his face looks odd, and I do not really agree with the placement of his legs, I really like everything else of this drawing. The background fits with the sumo theme, and you seemed to take some care with the rays of the Sun. I really like the highlights on him. I also like the way you drew his tail, though, since his tail is behind his left arm, the yellow space behind his left arm gives the appearance of part of his tail being cut off. I also notice the little finger skin rolls on his paws as a nice touch. However, my favourite part is the bits of hair that you drew on his jaw (and inner ears), one aspect that a lot of people seem to miss. Of course, I give a bonus to the relective image of the Nidoking on the floor. However, his loincloth seems to cut through the floor. Also, is the triangle cut on his stomach his navel or a roll?

This picture, in general, stands its own, albeit not without a few flaws.
