Arcavia is one of the top high ranking members of the Cult of Eyes.

The cult of eyes is a cult that wants to spread forth the coming of the worlds rebirth through an old forgotten entity that was torn up upon coming to the world. This being speaks through a veil of dreams and the minds of others.

The cults goal is to find artifacts that have fragments of their masters power within them so that they can slowly rebuild it and bring forth a new age. They are unsure on what this age may entail but to them it does not matter, all that matters is restoring the great one.

Members of the cult purposely blind themselves as they believe they see the world better without sight, see it for how it should truly be, shrouded in eternal darkness. But at the same time members of the cult have stated seeing things no normal eyes could see, things their master shows them and only them through the veil of darkness.
