The action seems to be unmodified, I don't doubt it would cycle and fire fine.
The problem I see is the placement of the foregrip. This setup of stock + foregrip would be painfully awkward to fire, especially since the foregrip is so close to the trigger group.
I would recommend doing away with the foregrip entirely, or moving it to the very front of the frame for better handling and more space for the second hand to fit.

There's no mechanism by which a foregrip like that can slide forward in use and still perform it's function. As for being used by a marksman... No. A 1911 doesn't have near the sight radius to manage marksman level accuracy. Not to mention the fact that it's barrel length, even when extended, doesn't provide the pressure needed for even mid distance engagement.
