A bit of Blimp Ball lore for the twins: "Chloe and Diana Walker. Totally inseparable twin sisters. Their childhood was troubled, growing up in a poor neighbourhood, and they picked up some street smarts and dubious talents. Also, despite their somewhat short stature (the twins are around 5'2" tall), they are quite strong. These days they mainly use their talents to sow (mostly) harmless mischief, but you do not want to get on their bad side. They bite. Things can get ugly. Chloe is the more serious of the twins, sometimes seeming as an 'older' sister, while Diana is more impulsive, often acting without thinking. Together, they do crimes. Basically, they are perpetual mischief engines and random shenanigan generators. Also, they speak with this East End Cockney accent."
