I'ma be a nurse.. it's important to be trustworthy when you are a nurse, so people trust you. Sometimes nurses have to stick people with needles though, so even when carrying a small syringe like this, it's important to have a trustworthy face. I'm practicing mine.. I think it's pretty good.

It is hard to trust a nurse when they tell you everything will be fine, only to jab a needle into you when you turn away. I am sure you will be fine, I mean. You have all those crazy Team Fortress 2 skills. ^^

I dislike needles to the point where you would have to shoot me first to use that on me...
Wouldn't mind finding out first hand what whatever it is would do first-hand however...
