In an episode of Digimon Fusion, a Digimon called Olegmon had the power to hypnotize other Digimon with a chant. Those who succumb to this become a happy member of his pirate crew.
It doesn’t work on machine-type Digimon or humans, but it does work on dragons like Dulcy apparently.
