Original Species: Green Dryus
The Green Dryus is the other most common small herbivore on the continent of Arcadia. They travel in large flocks searching for food in the undergrowth. They often mingle with the Red-Head Gazelles for mutual protection, following the logic of "the more eyes on the lookout the better".
Within this species, there is clear sexual dimorphism, with the males sporting vibrant green and blue feathers, while the females are more "mossy green" with bits of brown here and there.
Aside from running, away at top speed, the only other defense mechanism these small dinosaurs have is burrowing. When they are not foraging for food, the Dryus spend most of their time in small burrows they dig up using their wings and feet.
