Mina is taking her first transformation well. Unfortunately, Ochako didn't have time to strip before the transformation snuck up on her. Large, pointed ears and that helmet don't exactly mix all that well.
Saw this thumbnail on YouTube. Decided it would make a good image to edit. Interesting thing about Mina is that I just had to "draw on" the fur with no need to alter and blend in a different color, considering both her skin and hair are pink.

Excellent work! Even if it's just fur, you made it work so well to Mina's skin! And her muzzle and nose extending out is so adorable, along with the small white tufts of her ear fur! Enlarging her iris/pupils really do a lot to change the look, if anything, making her more puppy eyed! Ochako's chibi canine changes look so cute on her as well! Awesome job!
