Indeed. Flash is tough for me - I just turn it off, but then I have issues with motion.

You have to go full manual and set the ISO high enough to get good light with higher shutter speeds: 1/300-1/500. Like some of the pictures here I had to lighten them up a bit. I should be putting up the Sunday Pictures soon (life is interrupting me at the moment).
