Hey there! As stated in my previous comment - "MI stands for 'Minimum Increase' which means that the minimum amount that you can increase your bid by is $1.00. The Starting bid ( SB ) is the minimum price of the design - so 'MI' being $1.00 means that you can increase your starting bid ( sb ) and any other further bids by $1.00.
So basically, the starting price for this design is $25 - and the minimum bid increase amount is $1.00. Thank you for taking interest in my designs though - but unforunately I can't take any amount less than SB!" Thank you for understanding.
