I got this guy from Simonslair on deviantart, (they make some wicked cute anthro adopts, and they always go fast) and decided to have a go at drawing him. Then accidentally made a fun effect with the fill button and decided to incorporate it into the art piece because I thought it made for an interesting, dramatic look with my pencils.

I named him Watch, and he's -probably- trying to quit smoking, he knows it's a terrible idea.
