Leon was born to Atticus and Nirali Mitchell in 1994. His true love proved to be medieval fiction and graphic design, having a surprising talent for drawing. Out of college, he went on to become a favorite of his area's local LARP community as 'Ser Leonidas of Felicitas,' where half the fun was him showing off his martial sword training and teaching it to others. He also went on to become Graphic Lead for his favorite game design company, working on medieval RPGs in the same vein as Dragon Age and The Elder Scrolls.

Leon realized he was attracted to other men as he approached puberty, his gaze always drawn to the other guys in the locker room after gym class and after sports practice. He was initially afraid to open up about it as there were no other gay men that he knew of on the teams, but he'd established such a good rapport with them that when he finally did build up enough courage they were not only happy for him, but also genuinely intrigued what being gay was like.
