This is my entry for 
ForeverAfter contest. Its an armor design for his character Aurora (ref-http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3513882/). She is mascarading as a male bounty hunter so her face has to be completely covered except for her eyes. I left her horns showing but not her ears, Ears can be distinct enough to give someone away so better safe than sorry. The armor itself is a mix of lorca (Samurai type armor) and chain with a bit of leather thrown in for color. I decided on pants instead of upper and lower leg guards since that's much more practical, particularly if any horse riding might be involved. The leg guards are supposed to be chain mail for mobility. I also added a cloak with a dragon and an L emblazened on it for a dramatic flourish (the L is Leonardo, her bounty hunter nom-de-guer).
The figure is wire core with fabric skin. The shirt and pants are both black leather. The armor is woven beads, the face piece is leather with wire stitching, as is the cloak. The eyes are beads.

Ho damn. This is... this is friggin' _AWESOME. I absolutely love all the materials you used and the color pallete; I'm digging the teal/black/metallic grey goin' on. The chain design is pretty cool too =3
I completely agree with her ears being covered. In my original fail attempts I only had the horns showing, her ears were hiding.
