2 things I love about this page.
1st, how colourful each character is and how different they look from each other. After playing/seeing lots of fiction where there is so much uniformity with character design, I LOVE the variety here.
2nd, the simple fact this universe (and you) have such a supportive, positive attitude toward sex work. It's refreshing

The beautiful thing about nanomachines, despite their obvious advantage as an amazing medical tool is their inherent fragility. Something as simple as a flamethrower deposits too much energy for them to dissipate due to their small size and they burn up like cinders. Frying or accessing their core protocols using mister Cuteface Rawhide's skillsets could even turn them beneficial! I highly doubt this crazy doctor is more skilled than the man who practically built Esperanza <3.

What are we trying to solve here though? They seem dead set on “fixing” him when he doesn’t outwardly seem to see it as a priority?

Why do I have the feeling an EMP would either kill/dissolve him, reset the nanobots to where he is a pile of dust for a bit then back to normal, or they realize that that's all the guy is now: just the nanobots that cannibalized the actual organic Ezekiel and replaced everything to the atomic level just not the spiritual yet. *Shrug*

There is no reason to waste resources on a person who isn't a citizen of Esperanza, unless they need to be rescued. If Aileen doesn't need to be rescued, she's of no concern.

I would suggest something, but... I'm not in that universe.

I honestly love this scene with the committee on this and the following page.
It just comes off as, "the only enemies we have are the individual pain and suffering of our citizens and we use all means available to remedy it".
I would love to live in a country like that.
