Felt like drawing Lugies again and settled on doing Storm, since he isn't as commonly used as his brother Gale xP. Anyway I guess the story behind this sketch is Storm got issued some new, sturdier but thicker army boots for work. Guess the dark Lugy didn't like how hot they get or how rigid the thick soles were so on his off time, he decides to grab his combat knife and show what he really thinks of those smelly boots haha ^^', and besides, now his smelly toes are free to cool down with those thick sturdy leather toes ripped open.
Question is should I keep his old boot design, or use the new one? xD
