After my first attempt at oysters was a joke due to 8 of them being dead, I decided to get more today. Shucking them isn’t so hard once you get into a rhythm. This is a halibut fillet, and some double fried oysters. Very delicious, very crispy, no sea flavor. Although it is delicious, some of you seafood haters may just look and be disgusted, but it’s really good.
