It leads me to such a wonderful wolfo, so wonderful that I was sure people like you could never realistically exist before I met you, and so perfect to me in literally every way, every single way that I would never dare to even dream of... it feels like you were made for me. From day one, I knew I found someone special in you, and everyday I get to know you more and more, it just continues to prove me right, far beyond what I thought is possible. We're absolutely perfect for each other, and yet," Kajirra let out a quiet chuckle while looking down, as if laughing at herself. "We can only be friends. But I immediately realized, that's already so much more than I could ever ask for. Having you in my life at all," she smiled back at him, lifting her paw to gently brush against his big shoulder. Tomoe was listening to her closely the whole time, and remained silent after she finished. He clearly had his own thoughts to process in his mind.
"That's not true," he finally spoke, softly but firmly. "Kajirra, we're just lying to ourselves here. The truth is, I'd really love to kiss you right now. I love you. I did from the very beginning."

Me and  tomoefuchs dived into Witcher 3 again and I absolutely love it. Tomoe was the one who brought me to Witcher when we started chatting (he finished the game several times already, that madlad) but I struggled to get properly invested on my own. Turns out I just needed to snuggle to his side while watching him play on his PS5 and his huge ass TV. It took only one evening of him playing for a bit and I was immediately hooked and begging for another Witcher evening the next day xD
Anyway, there was a... kind of a sweet scene with Geralt and Keira having dinner together in the forest, and later on it made me think about Tomoe's and Kajirra's beginnings in Thira. We had some ideas for their lovestory already, but we changed a lot of things in Thira since then and now all of them have plot holes, so we'll have to come up with something proper and solid again. Nonetheless, I always liked to get inspired for the stories of my Thirian characters by reality, and we intend to keep it that way, so I thought something like this has a high chance of staying canon with whatever we settle for in the future.
