There's some minor issues with lines I can see. Where the tail meets the body is one example, I'd try removing it a little or reworking that area a little. Also the spacing between the lines on the belly would gain from a little from consistency and gradual growth as the stomach gets bigger.
Not bad! Besides the lineart, it's really really good! ^^ The only issues I see besides that are the odd-looking leg and fingers. The leg looks more like a ball instead of a leg. Try adding in a knee joint. The fingers are merely a bit too long, good besides that. Good job otherwise, dude. =3
