Remember thats in au dollars not us, its actually cheaper than it looks, but to answer your question, this thing dogs on the competition. Like, flowtoys uses glowstick type pieces and only the lights in the stick illuminate, making it so only where there are the lights being the only part illuminated. flowtoys can run anywhere from 100-180.... May as well pay the extra 70 and get the whole illuminated staff... Totally worth it and highly recomend it to anyone seriously interested in staff spinning. To me, its the best staff i have found with the most lighting options... And the ability to mix the color patterning makes this thing absolutly amazing. ^.^
