I can't believe there's so little art of this one. He's got power over balloons and made giant balloon monsters in the anime, that's so cool. He deserves more than just being a one-and-done villain for the Adventure reboot without any apparent relation to an evil Digimon faction or anything at all :( He's in episode 40 or 41 IIRC.

And of course balloon captures are still a big thing for me (try to ignore how Wikimon says those balloons are full of viruses. Games and anime can ignore other canon sources whenever they want, I can too. Have you seen what it says about the Devas?)
