This is Indigo, from an online game I used to play called Startide III. Indigo was created by a mad skunk scientist that wanted a son to carry on his knowledge and skills, but be tough where he was not. Therefor, Indigo is actually more cybernetics then flesh, really.
Distributed Heart, reinforced skeletal structure, subdermal armor, skinweave, cyberoptics... the list is quite long. He had a signature cloaking device, sound supression field, and force field that made him unique. As the care system was changed, he got more and more powerful from translations.
He was retired as an Active PC at the fall of the PBEM game, as the Head of the Ministry of Information. Using D20 rules, he was 27th level, and was Lawful Evil alignment. His 'mount' was a 30 foot tall mecha velociraptor he piloted that was a stealth and assasination RoBeast - matched him perfectly. He was best known for burning down and slaughtering a whole town of women and children to take the fighting spirit out of an oncomic force. "All you were fighting for is now dead, you may return and rebuild, or continue on to a pointless death. You have lost."
Also known as the MOST dressed individual of the crew. A lotta furs ran around in the buff, counting on fluff to protect their modesty. Indigo was more 'human' in his actions. A true irony, considering his whip blade specifically was keyed against humans...
