Actually its ki ki ki mah mah mah. It originates from when Pamela Voohees is stalking her prey in Friday the 13th part 1. The Jason inside her deranged head keeps saying "kill her, mommy" and the sounds come from that; "Ki" being an echo of kill, and "Mah" being from mommy. Yes, I am a nerd.
