Teal Steels are a very specific thing that goes beyond raiders, Ãfõheydurradir
It's more all that people see of them is raiding, hence the term "Radiers" though they are definitely their own thing seperate from our world entirely

From my understanding, it's not that they blame the Drekir for what happened, but more that the Drekir serve a particular role in their society, and they want the Drekir to continue that role by bringing them into their society and forcefully integrating them, rather than just letting them live in the wilds outside of the Sivilão cities.

Yes, but that is the Sivilao, I'm asking if the Teal Steelers are also refugees who took a different path from the Sivilao of it they are just an ordinary dangerous Drekir gang.

The language breakdown posted not too long ago refers to the Sivilão specifically as the 'Teal Raiders', so no, the 'teal steelers' are not comprised of other turned Drekir, or even second gen Drekir.
