This weapon is for  poke5869’s OC Ramus

The Hoarfrost Arctica is Ramus’ weapon of choice. A custom made glacial lance Ramus uses in combat. The custom part is the handle, which Ramus requested to be wrapped in diaper material, making the handle soft and comfortable to grip. It’s able to fire a cold mist from the tip which can turn opponents into thick poofy diapers for Ramus to wear, it’s also able to create a layer of ice over the floor when the blade is plunged into the ground, making it slippery.
