Terms of service

A- Pricing

1-All prices are in USD
2-Payment through paypal only
3-Full payment up front
4-Additional fee may apply to complex characters


B-Drawing content

1-For pornographic content, you must be 18 or above
2-Will not do topic below:
Vore, gore, hyper muscle, water sports, fart, scat, underage (cub/children etc), transformation, extreme BDSM (negotiable upon detail, no blood at least)...etc (i have right to refuse topics I am not comfortable with)


C-Commission Sequence
(how to order and the following procedure)

1- send me a message to reserve a slot, please include the following
-character sona reference drawing
-description of scene
-use of drawing (optional, for practical user (eg. wallpaper))
-suggested pose (optional)

2- Once we confirm the content I will send you a payment request.
if no payment received after 72 hours pass the request, the spot will be considered as forfeit
3- Drawing will be started and confirmed upon payment received
4- WIP
-sketch
-can be changed 2 times max
-if no reply received after the sketch was sent 3 days (72 hours)
will be considered as approved sketch to proceed
-update will be provided regularly.

5- Drawing will be done 14 days max. after sketch is confirmed
6- You will receive a .JPG and .PNG file
7- Unless otherwise specified, I will generally post the commission work at various sites. If you wish the commission to be hidden or be posted after a certain date please notify me beforehand.



D-Right-of-use and other

1- you agree I may use the drawing, including WIP completed drawing, as part of advertisement and other usage (eg. gumroad, pateron), and you will be credited
characters right-of use will be remained yours if you are the owner
please notify me if you wish to remain private (in terms of drawing or credit)
2- you have the right use the artwork for personal use.
3- you cannot use the commission to make profit and/or make NFT unless we have mutual agreement. For commercial use please discuss before further action
