Yea I'd go to the gym and eat protein bars and alternate my muscle groups. One day I'd do legs, the next I'd do arms. A few hours a day. I didn't see much improvement within a few weeks so I just said fuck it. I tote a 50 lb work bag around with me while working all day for 10 hours per day. I figured that'd beef my arms up, but not by much. Meh.. I guess I'm just not built to be big.
Eh, I suppose the usual question would be : What suppliments are you taking, rest periods versus workout periods (take days off?) Which muscle groups on which days? Blorgh. I know you have to find something that works, but I'm putting together data of everyone's workout while we're still here in Afghanistan and trying to figure out what might work the best for me anyways. Most the guys who started working out here were shrimpy to begin with. Me, on the other hand, I've got a larger frame than they do. No, not fat, just a bigger frame so I have to work out differently or I'll get huge :P Any tips? :D
And yes, the best way to drop weight is supposedly running. Augh, too much damn running out here.

hmm.. as far as muscle mass goes.. it takes time.. and defenately access to a gym.
i do work out one muscle type per week or with an 8/9 rest period
(the more rest ur muscles get the better it is) rest and good muscle food.. like protein ( shakes.. egg whites, chiken breast.. tuna) the more protein u eat the better and faster ur muscles heal... and u can only eat 50/60 grams of protein at a time cus thats how much ur body is allowed to absorb at a time.. so if ur meal consists of more protein than that.. its a waste. small meals every 2 hours reach on protein c:

Nah. We hit the gym every day here except on Fridays. Steak night ;D All of us are taking your usual protein stuffs, but the ones I take are more lean than anything else. Are you going for complete muscle failure using max weights or do you go for max reps instead? I know that reps will build your endurance, but most the dudes are for seeing how much they can actually lift or work with. :D

hmm i dont really tke any supplements that arent whey protein or mass gainers.. all those chemicals arent really gona do much for ya.. wht u need it real muscle mass and the only to do it is with a good workout and plenty of rests between muscle groups along with alot of protein.. and time of course :/
