A story would be interesting where our human protagonist from the real world, now as a beautiful cartoon pony, has to integrate into the events of the show by pretending that he is Rarity. The strange thing is that he comes out very naturally, as if Rarity's body will act on its own. And the scariest thing is that he is enjoying it. Well, it's also a valid outcome. He is not Rarity, but he chooses to play that role. He remains the same but he wants to live his life as a pony like Rarity would, with all that it implies. Make dresses, go on adventures with her friends, expand her business, date handsome studs, dress fashionably, and most importantly, protect Equestria.

Well, technically the character is or was me, so he's bisexual. What I suppose could happen is that because of his body he now finds the stallion attractive, even considering it strange what he liked humans or his old body.

I imagine he would be excited to do things he could never do in his human body, but he would still be embarrassed to do very feminine things.

It would be the most awkward part of your new life as Rarity, doing flashy and very girly things to impress everyone and stand out. I hope you don't mind being the center of attention.
