Was downtown for a walk down at the local Pier, saw a girl wearing this outfit... okay, close not exact, that haircut at least, she was cute and I decided to do a picture based on her. ^^; If I had seen her for more than... 6-7 seconds as I was turning my car around on the way home, the details might be a bit closer. ^^ I know I up-busted her a fair bit, and filled in a few details... but the bared mid-drift t-shirt and the shirt fish-netting effect... think she didn't have the same gloves, and couldn't tell about the hip-panties, soo... ^^; But she was rather cute and yeah. <shrugs>

If you are curious about the chains, downtown that navy-blue chains are painted there, the rigging off of some old naval ships. ^^
