Heeeey... I actually drew them in a serious image. XD
Noah is the young prince/leader of Team LifeShine, a territorial guild to the south of Astray's borders. The Leafeon is his personal aid/bodyguard, I forget her name(they may be romantically involved). Noah is actually one of the few non-plant pokemon in the region. The inhabitants found him abandoned and took him in as their own. Since then he's become their most precious treasure and they hold him in the highest regards, hence how he came to be their leader despite his age and naivete.
LifeShine comes to Astray for aid during a time when a rival guild is threatening to overrun their territory and enslave them all. LifeShine lacks the power to stand on their own against them and negotiates with Astray for assistance in the fight. Astray agrees under the condition that ownership of all LifeShine territory is passed to Astray. A harsh condition, but Astray insists that the passage of the title shall be in name only. When the war ends and LifeShine is victorious, Astray leaves the territory as they found it, with Noah remaining in charge of his people. Though Astray now holds ownership of their land, they allow them to continue to live as they had before the incident. For the kindness shown to them, LifeShine will later come to Astray's aid when they become faced with a similar threat.
Noah doesn't wear clothes... ever... XD
