Turlough's a great guy I eventually met up with at AC that I did this for about... I dunno.. maybe a half a year ago or something? He was really interested in how other people did Joguanis, and I had never done one before. So I decided to do a very quick OC of him. It gave me good practice for canine-like characters, as well as not putting cat ears on everything I touch.
