For those who are confused, this is a reference to the game Yoshi's Island and the fuzzies that float around on world 1-7. (and other worlds that I can't remember)
What happens is that if you touch a fuzzy, Yoshi becomes dizzy/drunk/high and stumbles all over. Unfortunately this otter doesn't know that. =P
Everything was made from scratch, and background was made to resemble the game. Hope you all like it. Enjoy! =D

The main thing is that I used a rather large resolution - just over 2000 pixels. The bigger you go, the cleaner your inking will generally look. The brush I used for the fuzzy's inking was a 5 pixel hard round brush. The body was done with the circle shape tool. The hairs were done with the same brush, except with the opacity and size jitter set to 0%, and activated by pen pressure.
