Owner of a used car dealership and occasional antagonist of the show Pigs Next Door.
It is honestly very hard to find anything about this show aside from the full sole season uploaded on Youtube. It was made in the early 2000s ( but appears to have never been broadcasted anywhere) and had quite a number of notable voice actors such as John Goodman and Jennifer Tily.
As for this guy, he was voiced Brian Doyle Murray and usually wore a yellow raincoat for most of the show. But in the final episode he wore a blue suit. And I do love a good suit.
