I think they need to pump that potion into random drinking fountains, to have more spontaneous fun happen all over. :)
I love the expression with two people sticking out of that toothy mouth, and for some reason I always find predators wearing baseball caps to be rather enticing. Like they're out there to just have fun, and getting others to join in, even if it's the last thing they ever do.
