Once a rusty old hay rake tine, now it is a nifty little steak knife... was initially going to be a filet knife, but the guy I made it for wouldn't be very likely to use one, so I left it a bit stouter. Handle is black walnut heartwood, spacer is brass. Probably one of my fastest completions on a knife, did this one in just a day! I hadn't intended to make the handle out of wood... Was initially going to be a squared twisted blacksmith knife style handle... but on the final tweaking heat I walked away for a minute and melted the handle off... So I drew out what was left as a tang and did up the wooden one XD
