So a while back a good friend, Industry (
Industry) of mine gave me permission to create a character in his own homebrewed universe and created a ref sheet for him as well! I even put forth the time and effort to create some lore behind who he is! It isn't the best writing but I do hope it is at least readable and understandable. Enjoy.

Myru-Pervoi, a Light grey Tourborii male with bright blue eyes was born to the wealthy trading family of Kungjeon in the system of Carthage on the outer Trading world of Floradence, had been a rather unremarkable addition to the Kungjeon long, illustrious trading history. Like all first born in his lineage, he had been groomed from a young age to take charge of his familys' mercantile empire when his parents grew too old and senile to effectively run their small Empire. Unfortunately for his family's plan, Myru-Pervoi showed little, if any interest in taking up that mantle of responsibility from the get go. What resulted was a long, arduous childhood between an overzealous father intent on having his will be done, and an uninterested son showing investment only in himself and his own devices.
When living in a busy neighborhood, one is bound to have a hostile neighbor or two, and the same applies on the Interstellar scale. The Hepplen Sovereignty, Re-Formed from the ashes of the Second Federation collapse, is one of those houses. While small in stature, the Hepplen Sovereignty is a force to be reckoned with. The Sovereignty is rich with advanced technologies, numerous developed worlds, and a disproportionately large military compared to its size, and with possessing such a large military comes the constant need for new blood. While the Sovereignties main neighbor, the Federation Remnant, relies on a semi-volunteer army, the Sovereignty chose to take a different approach. In order to attract the most recruits, citizenship, along with all of its benefits, has to be earned through service to the state. Myru-Pervoi was quick to act on this opportunity for it was both a method to escape from home, and a much faster path towards his citizenship. Unfortunately for him, military life proved to be the anthenema to his existence. Myrus military career was a violent, and short lived one. His selfish nature had his brother-in-arms brand him as a Blue Falcon; a derogatory name for someone who would fuck over all others just to get ahead of his peers. Having this label made him a Pariah, and thus he was forced into what many widely considered to be a lesser job in the military; IT repair. While all of his other brethren were out having fun marching, practicing their combat skills, and exercising, Myru stayed at the home base, left to tinker with and fix whatever IT Technology that had been broken through rough use, and general neglect. This suited him just fine as he had very little interest in the military lifestyle as it both reminded him too much of home, and that it glorified violence. Myru had always been squeamish when it came to violence, his fear stemming from trauma sustained from an early age from a short bout of civil unrest on Floradence that left two of his younger brothers dead in its wake before being violently crushed by the Planetary Guard. At the beginning of his career, he had skimped and skimmed over his work, just doing the absolute minimum amount of work he could do without getting in trouble, but as time progressed he found himself more and more involved with his work, soon going from doing the absolute minimum, to completely excelling at his job. Taking his newfound interest to heart, Myru quietly finished up his time in the military, received his citizenship, and moved on with his life.
Now free from the shackles of his enlistment, and seeking to further his knowledge in IT, Myru wasted no time in enrolling in his planetary college. Here, Myru had finally found his element. For many, he was a model student. He excelled in his schoolwork, stood out of trouble with the law, partied on the weekends, and participated in the local Anti-xenophobic equality movement for the local tradieng Lienn population on Floradence. Most of the Tourborii throughout the Sovereignty rightfully distrusted the Lienn, as they were a secretive, self-serving race that had time and time again stabbed their allies in the back when given the option. The only reason their presence was even tolerated on this planet was solely due to 90sMyrus own family's request as they found them to be rather stable, profitable trading partners.
After his Graduation, Myru had been offered an off world IT service contract to work on the Sovereigntys Capital world of Hepplen. Thrilled by this, Myru immediately accepted the offer without another thought. But unbeknownst to the poor Tourborii, his stroke of luck was about to end.
Myrus Contract, through intentional tampering by an outside party, or just a flat out glitch in the system, instead of being sent to the Capital world, he instead found himself stuck on a backwater colony planet located right on the Hepplen Sovereignty/Lienn border. This came as quite a shock to the young Tourborii, as in his zeal to get on with his new life he neglected to re-check his contract. Now stuck, Myru could only sit back and wait as his complaint was funneled back to the IT companies employee tracking system, and attempted to work on the existing infrastructure on the colony. To add insult to injury, the technology on this colony was ten, to thirty years old at best, thus rendering all of his classroom training to be moot as they had only taught him on the most modern systems the Sovereignty had. It took years for Myru to teach himself, and familiarize himself with the technology that was available.
Life in the colony was most certainly a change of pace for Myru. The scattered population centers of the planet, the occasional outlaw raids, and even the local wildlife even made it all the harder for him to work. The local fauna, be it by accident or by design, had developed a rather fond taste for Tourborii flesh. He would find this out firsthand when a flock of the planet's more notorious predators, the Fleshwing, attempted to dismember and consume Myru while he installed a fresh SATCOM antenna in the colony's capital building. While moderately unharmed after that event, Myru gave up on his pacifism that day and now carries his company issued firearm without complaint, a decision that would ultimately save his life sooner rather than later.
Years after his first brush with death, Myru would soon find himself in another life-or-death situation. Not with feral animals, or petty bandits this time, but with the "Black Society''. The Black Society, or the Hēirén shèhuì, is a small, yet vicious Lienn criminal Syndicate. Identified by their all Black uniforms and intricate facial tattoos, the Black Society was made famous in Lienn Territory due to their work in numerous political assassinations, kidnapping, piracy, and general lack of subtlety about their work amongst the numerous Lienn Dynasties. It was not initially obvious as to why they came for him, but after the short, but bloody standoff in a small farming village between the small group of Lienn aggressors, and Myrus' even smaller entourage of assistants was over did the reason be revealed. After searching what remained of the Hēirén shèhuì squad, it was found that the relations between the Lienn clan his father had been trading with had soured, and they had put a contract out for Myrus kidnapping so he could be used as a bargaining chip against his father as they “renegotiated” a new contract.
Now several years later, Myru-Pervoi has become a new man. His wounds sustained in the fight left him scared, but not overly as to detract from his natural looks. His lower left arm had been replaced with a high quality organic replacement, a gift from his father as a way to slowly make amends for the troubles caused in his childhood. Myru became a well respected member of the community over the years while stuck in the colony. While he was not the biggest fan of such simple minded farmers, he owed them for their all around kindness, and generosity they showered upon him for fixing their IT issues. His once pro-xeno stance had been shattered, and over time slowly grew into a Tourborii supremacist, a not so common mindset throughout his race when they weren’t bickering among themselves, and personally led a small purge of most Lienn merchants in the colonies capital under the suspicion that they had been the ones to give away his location to the Hēirén shèhuì. Now mostly satisfied with his place in life, Myru spends most of his time finally replacing the now well worn old IT infrastructure on the colony with new equipment provided by generous trading deals made with his father's trading empire. It was a busy life, always with something new always around the corner for Myru, but most importantly it was a quiet life. The life he always wanted in the end.
