Well one, her butt already is seen so many times normally so it'd be relatively pointless for her to do it now. Two, her hips have a high chance of snapping and/or dislocating. And three, the challenge is just stupid as sh*t to begin with.

Oh I didn't know this was actually a challenge, like okay if it was just a funny meme pose, but a challenge to take a maybe dangerous pose is not very intelligent

Technically she can defend herself easily, she just doesn't like causing harm to other creatures since she's motherly, so she generally has Arez do it. Plus, his lessons are a lot more punishing and impossible to forgot.
