She accidentally turned out more judgemental than intended.

This is an older piece I was working on when the file suddenly got corrupted. This was the last image I took of the drawing before it broke, hence it may look a little rough (especially regarding the bioluminescent pockets)
And oh yeah, bioluminescence! This is a dragon concept I thought would be fun to make, the main gimmick being bioluminescence of course. She's a drakka (drake) I've been working on turning into a character recently, so hopefully we'll see more of her in the future. I'll go more in-depth about her design and how she works on the finished design. Hopefully I'll have figured out a name for her by then too.
Also no, her eyes are not glowing! They're just some pretty blue gems that compliment her design :)
