Looks like a lithe Miqot'e has gone to a well muscled Rothgar to try and find out the best way to gain some muscle mass. It looks like the Rothgar motabolism may be a bit faster than the Miqote's though... could explain why he gained a healthy amount of weight around the middle as well as some muscle definition.
