I wonder if Tial had perhaps been subjected to an unwanted rescue and perhaps subjected to some rather awful quips and puns, maybe on top of a lot of other stresses and sadly it was a case of something snapping and poor Slipstream as the innocent victim.
Hopefully someone will be able to get Tiha out from under that rubble, assuming she's still alive.
