I wanted to make a nice simple dragon character to draw over and over again and proceeded to make it significantly more over complicated than intended.
I imagine Nimolu to exist in a world where dragons are more akin to elementals. He has the power over clouds and lightning. He's usually very mild mannered if a bit proud, but can go from 0 to 100 real quick if the right buttons are pushed. He's also a bit of a clean freak, often using his feathery tail as a duster and broom to tidy up his cloud castle. He can also yell very loud, causing his voice to boom for miles around.
You can't really see it, but there aren't any feathers from the base of his neck to his buttfluff.
All his white bits glow blue when he's channeling his power.
He's a bit bigger than a large horse.
