rjbartrop opened for commissions and I managed to snag one of the spots! They're known for doing absolutely GORGEOUS PG-13 anthro pin-up girls. In discussions they said drawing Rhia as shi is (more neko than anthro) wouldn't be a problem, but I decided I'd like to see an anthro take on Rhiannon. So here she is, complete to hooves.
