Oh i use plenty of refs if i do not have a clear idea in my head or just need some help remembering.
Now the refs i often use for muscles is simply...One punch man comic pages XD hahah.
may not be 100% anatomically correct refs but a feast for my eyes as i click through.

Mangas are actually great to use for refs. Specially the action based ones as they usually show a variety of poses.

That's fair. With a full-time job and farm work to do I barely have any time to watch anything. What's your favorite manga/anime?

Over the last years ive watched very little, and i never read much manga. But the anime Mushishi has always been my favorite of all time. Season 1. Season 2 is fine but doesnt pull you in just as good. Also english dub is superior here. The voice actors just hit spot on. One piece, One punch man s1 and mob pshyco season 1 are great also. Now i enjoyed season 2 of one punch man as well as it introduced my favorite character Garou. Just shame on the animation and sound design.

As for mangas ive read even less x,D
The only one currently that im up to date with is One punch man. Though ive read most of One piece as well.
Also read some of the Horror mangas from Junji Ito. Though the only one that have stuck to my mind is Uzumaki.
For other mangas i tend to not get to far, though i hear chainSawMan is pretty good so might try and read that at one point.
There are several fantastic looking out there that i at some point would like to look into just for the artwork.

I know the feeling, season 1 of Mushishi was amazing and definitely one of my favorites too. I've been trying to catch up on One Piece but there is so many episodes. I started rewatching one of my first anime, Shaman King.

I haven't watched or read any horror manga or anime. The closest that I have is probably Tokyo Ghoul, good series love the design aspect of it.

Edit: I lied! Lol I remember watching Akira and Deadman Wonderland. If you're into horror I would definitely suggest Deadman Wonderland to you. :D

I watched Deadman Wonderland. Hated the main characters so i ended up not watching the last eps.

I watched some of the original way back but it dident hold me interested sadly.

Yeah the main character for Deadman Wonderland was whiney buy I watched it mostly for Crow. I also didn't get into My hero academia because of the same reason didn't end up catch my interest.
Yeah there's a Netflix series now and it holds pretty close to the original but there is definitely more humor than I remember.

Oh i hated the main character in Deadman. So much. Also the albino woman. Couldnt stand her.
I dont remember who crow was.

As with most season 1 of My hero i enjoyed. Though now im not up to date with it at all. Read the manga for a little while but also that i dropped. It wasnt anything bad with the show or manga. Just...i couldnt care less what happens with Deku or mr always angry bully. Loved the teachers though!

Same for me for Deadman Wonderland. The teachers in MHA are awesome but the students are a little I don't know bland?

For Shaman King it's been years since I've watched the proper one but I think they attempted to add more comedy to it. Still a decent watch but I really would love to see an adaptation of Mushishi that would be true to the anime/manga. I think that would be really cool to see.

Yeah the students are a bit...not necessary bland but they seem to be designed to fit certain niches that we have seen so many times before. While most of the teachers just comes of as fun. I guess they come of that way to me because they dont need to have cliche sad background and are past their teenage struggles to find their place and fit in.
I honestly think the story would be more interesting if Deku never got a power and had to find other ways to be helpful.
