The first sketch for the Werewolfarmors I am designing for my illustration series "Werewolf tales"
At first I thought about giving my characters heavy plated armors since werewolfs shouldn't have troubles carrying and wearing them for extended periods of time. But considering their engagement style being rather precise than berserkerish and especially since they mostly wander long distances, a medium armor/Plated-Tabard which can be worn in everyday life seemed more fitting for their journeys.
Also the armor should be capable of adjusting to the wearer in were- or anthro form, which could be difficult in full plate Armor...

I guess at some point I'll write and illustrate all of the concepts I came up with over time c:
