kinda wanted to play around the idea of the d&d paladin, lawful and righteous but with the oath of conquest in which utter domination through strength is a requirment, a given, a dogma.
your ways are absolute, you spread the good word of your lord carried by your own righteousness and you definitely break the reluctant faces unholy or not.

in this context imagine if you will the party's paladin presenting a discord between holy, righteous actions preserving the innocent and fending off the fiend and regular honest, full on smiling and guiltless statements around the campfire that her father's army shouldn't take too long to come over, sweet over the land and reduce the kingdom's armies to ashes and their castles to ruins... just because that's how they do it where she's from.
