“100$ dollars for whoever can last six minutes in the ring with Dennis ‘Sizzling Comet’ Leblanc!”
That’s what the poster on the arena wall had written on it. In an attempt to spark interest in the local wrestling federation, the managers of the organization decided to hold a little contest to seek out potential candidates for recruitment. They chose Dennis as their star athlete since aside from his massive strength, he was the definition of beginner friendly to newcomers. Not that the big dog knew that little fact, of course. With dozens of people waiting ringside to test their skill, a pure white wolf named Ash was ultimately picked as the first one to take a crack at the seasoned wrestler. Decked out in a lovely pair of blue wrestling pants and matching elbow pads, Ash was obviously a little green at this whole “professional wrestling” thing. Feeling ever so slightly cocky, the massive labrador-husky flexed his large muscles before the bell was rung and the match began. To say what happened next was a disaster for Dennis would be an understatement. Despite having a height, weight and experience advantage, Ash was able to effortlessly beat up the poor dog. After various kicks to head, DDT’s and body slams, the smaller canine ended the match with a painful boston crab hold! Unable to last any longer against the newbie wrestler, Dennis gave up and surrendered six minutes and five seconds into the match. Now one hundred dollars richer and beaming with confidence, Ash gave the beaten dog a big, wet kiss on the cheek before getting up and planting a foot on his opponents back to pose for the audience. As the wolf celebrated his win, the people running this event made sure to make a note of Ash’s style and to consider him as a potential mainstay to their wrestling league...
Hey all. Remember that raffle I held a couple weeks ago? Well, I’m happy to finally show you that Arkulus was the winner! I got so many entries but there can only be one winner. I honestly really want to do something like this again considering how well it turned out. Maybe in the new year 🤔
