It's all sheet foam and polar fleece.. then some tiny bits of fur. The black thing with circles coming off the side of the head is a kind of a hood thing that I'm building for it. Fun times! I'll post better images later.

it's actually slightly more frustrating than fur because it's impossible to hide seams and the foam bit has to be pretty much perfectly smooth.. but you can do some cool stuff! The orange IS fluorescent. Turns to fire under blacklight. It's amazing.
