One of the lesser seen members of the guild, likely due to his race. He harbors no ill will to his guildmates, but often comes of as harsh to lower ranks. he's actually quite kind and likes to stay to himself. He practices a fighting style much like muay thai, and uses barrier and law magic. Tovatil is more or less silent yet eager. he's reported to be one of the stronger Earth element tails. Wou still encounters prejudice at times, but has learned to forgive most of it. he lost his eye back as a child when the Ininbi were being killed off.
