At the  fireside.cooperative we held a little event during August called the Jukebox Hero! We pre-selected a bunch of songs and let our community vote to pick one twice a week. The winning songs got drawn to by the artists and sometimes featured one of our followers!

So in french, Désolé means 'sorry'. The song threw in the word contraband and the overall vibe of the clip reminded me of old James Bond movies, so I got the idea of a spy story turning dramatic.
I found the red hallway in the clip to be very visually striking and took it as a setpiece to start the illustration with. The alligator got betrayed by their one night stand, and now starts the chase to make it out alive.
